Country Kitchen Restaurant
The Country Kitchen Restaurant features home cooking with farm fresh ingredients:
Our farm salads are made with our fresh market vegetables, and our farm-size sandwiches are made with fresh prime rib brisket, chicken, turkey and ham slow roasted in our own kitchen.
You might want to start out with our Famous 17 Bean Soup, or the Soup of the Day, served with a sample basket of our fresh baked breads.
Farm size sandwiches range from the Nutty Gobbler--oven roasted turkey breast piled high on homemade Honey Wheat Bread, with cream cheese, walnuts, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and cranberry sauce--as well as the Farm Roast Beef, Chipotle Chicken Salad all the way to the Farmer's Garden sandwich of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, avacodo, cream cheese and red onion piled high on a honey wheat bread.
Of course if you want a Farm-Fresh salad, some of our vegetables have only been transported about 100 yards across the farm to the kitchen! We also have Fish and Chips, Chicken Strips, Rueben's on a Dill Rye Bread, California Sourdough Dip, and the Baja Gobbler, turkey with bacon stripes, mild chili peppers, and a salsa ranch dressing.
